Large warm open plan living area with sliding doors to expansive lawn suitable for cricket, volleyball and football. Fully equipped kitchen with double oven and new fridge. Small study/office off the living area for jigsaws, solitude or working from home.
1 queen bedroom downstairs plus downstairs toilet, laundry, airing cupboard and double garage with automatic door. 5 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. We can cater for up to 13 people.
Room for all the family and toys. Satellite internet. Central heating upstairs and underfloor heating downstairs. Extra fridges in the garage.
Feed the horses on the neighbouring paddock. Cycle to Hawea for a coffee. Or cycle into Albert Town and Wanaka without using roads.

1. There is a minimum booking for two nights and a minimum of four nights during New Zealand school holidays.
